At Kitchen Gardening Pakistan, we aim to provide high-quality products backed by real farming experience.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

No General Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Due to the nature of gardening products (such as seeds, fertilizers, and related items), all sales are considered final.

Eligible Cases (Our Responsibility)

Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • The product was damaged due to our handling

Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear pictures or proof of the issue

Without proper evidence, claims may not be accepted.

Resolution Process

After reviewing your request, we may offer the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Partial or full refund (if applicable)

The solution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Seeds and plants
  • Fertilizers and chemicals
  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a replacement is approved, it will only be provided for eligible cases mentioned above.

Important Notes

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product
  • We recommend contacting us before ordering if you need guidance
