  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Orders can be placed through available payment methods (including Cash on Delivery where applicable)

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed after verification (for COD orders)
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect information, or other valid reasons

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan
  • Shipping charges: Rs. 100 per kg
  • Bulky or heavy orders are shipped through bilty service, with charges shared before confirmation

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer general returns or refunds.

Returns/refunds are only applicable if:

  • The wrong item is delivered
  • Item is missing
  • Product is damaged due to our mistake

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Germination
  • Plant growth
  • Yield

Results depend on environmental factors, care, and usage.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) belongs to Kitchen Gardening Pakistan.
